About

The Reflective Practice

The Reflective Practice is a specialist mental health and addiction service committed to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and self-understanding. We offer compassionate, evidence-based care that is tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

Our approach integrates a range of proven therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other well-regarded interventions (such as ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and mindfulness skills). We work with clients experiencing a variety of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and alcohol or drug addiction.

In addition to clinical services, The Reflective Practice provides professional supervision to those working in the addiction sector. We are proud to offer DAPAANZ-accredited supervision that supports ethical, reflective, and sustainable practice.

At the heart of our work is a belief in authentic connection, respect for lived experience, and the power of collaborative, goal-focused therapy.
